Los Angeles boasts glitzy homes, sparkling beaches, movie stars – and six extraordinary role models who were selected for Forté’s 2020 “MBAs on the Move” campaign. This year’s role models are using the talent and confidence they developed as MBAs to: solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges; have fun while developing family content for Netflix; bring marketing expertise to film and TV stars’ projects; navigate the male-dominated gaming industry; develop non-toxic personal care products; and. lead corporate responsibility for a financial services giant. Each year Forté features MBA graduates who have forged distinctive career paths that advance their industries, their communities, gender equity – or all three. For this year’s campaign, we were not able to use professional photography due to the limitations of COVID-19. However, our role models still came through with favorite photos from their personal collections to accompany their impressive career stories. Be on the lookout starting in June for the first “MBAs on the Move” story to be published, and learn from each role model’s story – pivotal moves, the usefulness of an MBA, lessons learned, as well as their favorite books and “turn up the volume” songs. Check out previous campaigns in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, which featured women and men in New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Chicago, respectively.
