MBAs on the Move

Ten Women Who Score a Perfect 10 in the Nation’s Capital

Meet Forté’s 2018 MBAs on the Move Role Models: A fearless and tenacious juice entrepreneur, a former Army captain and Harvard Business School grad turned executive recruiter, an engineer who has worked in the White House and the FBI and now focuses on applying technology for social good, a Google account exec who is passionate about technology’s impact on sustainability, a former professional dancer who now helps businesses grow as an HR leader at Amazon Web Services, an upbeat Latina retail strategist at P&G, a non-profit executive who wants healthy food to be more accessible, a home builder who has a side hustle in TV, and entrepreneurial consultants who aim to make health care safer and public education better.

The MBAs on the Move campaign features exceptional women with MBAs who are disrupting norms in their industries, careers, and/or communities. These 10 remarkable women – all based in Washington, DC – demonstrate the range of career paths available to an MBA.

Through the campaign – now in its third year – they offer their unique insights on everything from how they landed their dream job to mistakes they have made to how they continue to pivot and evolve.  Previous campaigns in 2016 and 2017 were based in San Francisco and New York City, respectively.

The first of 10 monthly stories will arrive in your inbox on April 25. Here is a sneak preview of who you’ll meet:
