Rebecca Heironimus is a Senior Director leading the Bank Digital Experience team for Capital One Financial Corporation, a diversified bank with over 50 million customer accounts worldwide and 1,000 branch locations in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Capital One’s subsidiaries offer a broad spectrum of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients through a variety of channels.

Ms. Heironimus joined Capital One in 2005. Rebecca leads the Digital Social strategy and Digital Adoption and Experience for Capital One Bank and Capital One 360. Previous roles within Capital One include Director in Card Customer Management and Card Acquisitions.

Before joining Capital One, Rebecca was in Corporate Finance for USAirways. She also has over 5 years of experience in management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Heironimus graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Systems Engineering and received her MBA from Darden Business School.

Christine Shambach graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Christine’s current position is VP of Mergers and Acquisitions at PNC where she is responsible for leading the execution of PNC’s acquisition and divestiture transactions as well as other strategic projects. Since joining PNC in 2010, Christine has led several transactions including PNC’s acquisition of RBC Bank (USA) and the subsequent divestiture of its Smartstreet business segment. Previously, Christine was a member of Citi’s Mergers and Acquisitions team within its Global Corporate and Investment Bank and Goldman Sachs’s Relative Value (Merger Arbitrage) Sales and Trading team. She enjoys travel, cooking and running and resides in Pittsburgh with her husband.
