Janet Raiffa has over 15 years of experience hiring undergraduates, graduate students and laterals for internships and careers in consulting, banking, and law. From 2009 to 2011 she coached MBA candidates at Columbia Business School, Wharton and Yale SOM on resume and cover letter writing, interview skills and mastering the corporate recruiting process. In 2011 she became a permanent member of Columbia Business School’s Career Management Center, where she focuses on advising students interested in investment banking, and serves as a liaison to the Investment Banking and Wealth Management Clubs.
